Choose the Ferraroni Signature experience you would like to give, enter your details and those of the recipient, and personalise the voucher with a dedication. You can choose a digital or printed format. Once payment is complete, we will prepare your gift according to the option you selected.
The printed voucher comes in an elegant gift box and can be collected at Ferraroni Signature Hair Spa, Via XX Settembre 65, Matera. The digital voucher is sent to the recipient via WhatsApp.
Yes. Select the delivery date in the purchase form: the digital voucher will be scheduled to arrive on the chosen day, for example for a birthday or an anniversary. Scheduling is available where supported by the purchase system.
Of course. You can choose one of the suggested dedications, for example for a birthday, an anniversary, a special occasion or a message of friendship, or write your own personal dedication and add the name of the person giving the gift.
You can buy the voucher online or pay by bank transfer, according to the available options. The voucher is issued once payment has been confirmed. For bank transfers, issuing times depend on the verification of the payment.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless specific conditions are stated at the time of purchase.

You can ask to reschedule your appointment by letting us know at least 48 hours in advance. In case of no-show or cancellation after this deadline, the voucher may be considered used, according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
You can request to switch to another experience, subject to confirmation by our team. If the new experience has a higher value, the difference must be paid. Any lower-value differences will be handled according to the conditions communicated at the time of the request.
Yes. In the “Notes” field, enter the number of vouchers you would like and the names of the recipients. For corporate gifts or large orders, contact us and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
Yes. You can also give special experiences such as Matera Sassi Retreat, Wellness Retreat Matera and Wellness & Tasting. For stays, dates are subject to the availability of our partner properties.
