Massimo Ferraroni
Massimo’s unmistakable vocation revealed itself early in his life. Fascinated by brushes and hairdryers, he couldn’t resist styling and arranging the hair of his sisters and friends who visited his home.
He began his professional journey in Matera, but his curiosity and desire to innovate soon led him to move to Milan. In the Fashion Capital, he worked on runway shows, television events, and beauty contests at both national and international levels. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to exploring hairstyling techniques and trends earned him a place on a research team for a prestigious haircare brand, where he experimented with new methods and shared them worldwide.
In 2000, Massimo decided to bring the wealth of experience he had gained back to his hometown. There, he quickly became the go-to expert for those seeking innovative, modern hairstyling with an added touch of elegance and class. What sets Massimo apart is his genuine, authentic approach and his honest eye for creating works of art without compromising a person’s natural beauty.
His innate talent for enhancing men’s and women’s natural beauty aligns perfectly with Francesco’s holistic vision of well-being, culminating in the creation of the Ferraroni Signature project.

“There are no words clearer than the language of the body, once you learn to read it”: these words by Alexander Lower are the mantra of Francesco, who only needs to touch the body lightly to sense its energy.
For Francesco, this is more than a mere passion; it is a true natural gift that he has recognised and nurtured through professional experiences and high-level training.
At the age of 20, he left his hometown of Altamura and spent eight years in Milan, refining his techniques and skills while also pursuing a career as a make-up artist, thanks to an intense collaboration with Paolo Guatelli. He worked for some of Milan’s most renowned spas, connecting deeply with individual needs and focusing on even the smallest details capable of fostering well-being and sparking an extra smile. These details make all the difference.
Francesco’s desire to delve further into the search for well-being led him to study Oriental massage techniques and bioenergetics, eventually becoming a Reiki practitioner. At the same time, his expertise as a make-up artist grew, and he became a trainer for an Italian cosmetics company, travelling extensively throughout Italy and abroad to share his knowledge.
His meeting with Massimo and the universe dedicated to the beauty and health of hair brought his journey full circle. Together, they pursue the dream of a holistic approach to hair beauty—a vision that has come to life in Italy’s first hair spa under the name Ferraroni Signature.
